Alright not to bad.

The only down side to it was the ground attack. IF you would remember the robotech series there was no grounds attack useing regular troppers. And you should have made moree of the air battle. Now I know this was only part 1 but wasn't a very good part 1. So your gonna have to do a little better than this on part 2.

You might also notice that in the real cartoon, the jets where slower, looked different, there was no Misado Dican or Serena Moon, Lisa dose not kill her self.

Recreating the episodes you can by on DVD for $99.00 is not what I set out to do, I reflext, revamped, re-mastered, over all changed the ROBOTECH storyline to be more interesting. The only similarity is the robots, some people and a bit of the plot.

BTW Part 2 of the movie is almost here! I have an explosive scene to finish and some holes to fill first.

I like it...

... your movies are always well-planned, and look like they have a lot of effort put into them. I especially like the scene where the troopers are jumping out of the chopper... it seemed a little out of place, but I'm sure it's a prelude to something bigger. Anyway, keep up the good work... you have at least one person out there appreciating the effort that goes into these.

I know this review is not on top anymore, but it is the best one I have got for this movie. I worked so much harder on this one and am getting so much less..

Not bad, but could have been better

I liked it. It's done in a style that fits the genre. However, I do wish somebody would finally just create their own Robotech series outside of Macross, Southern Cross, or Invid Invasion. Something completely different perhaps as a storyline which might even take place in completely different timeline or area of the cosmos. (I am *not* referring to the Sentinels)
