I decided to put CI3 on NG because there were some problems with its host which made it unavailable at times.
After being on Flashstyle.org since november, you can now play the entire game on NG with improved sound quality and smaller filesize.
Aml51z from Flashstyle.org did these improvements as well as adding 2 secret weapons in level 2 and 3 (these weapons are extremely powerful and i consider those cheats, so i wont tell you how to get them. visit the Flashstyle forum to find out or email aml51z@flashstyle.org)

Mother of all Combat Instinct Games
This game is great.
And for al you whiners who say it's too hard:
Weapons-
Shotgun- 1 damage.
Machine Gun- 1-1.5 damage per second.
Rocket Launcher- 3 damage.
Plasma Cannon- 3 damage per hit.
Airstrike- Around 8 damage.
Blues- 2HP. Weakspot- head, double damage. Shoot arm to disarm gun. Warning: Disarming will cause them to close to melee.
Greens- 3HP. Weakspot- head, double damage. Warning: Uses shield to great effectiveness.
Purples- Special HP. Weakspot- Head. Warning: Always takes two headshots, 4 body shots, or 2 Rockets/Plasma launchers to kill. Always.
Browns- 6HP. Weakspot- Head.
Blue with Plasma Launcher- 6 HP. Weakspot- Head
Flamer- 12HP. Weakspot- none. Warning- sometimes explodes.
Fighter- 3 HP. Rocket Launcher or Plasma Cannon only!
SPECIAL GLITCH/CHEAT THINGY: First, make sure you have no Rockets or Plasma Cannon Fuel. Now, fire your shotgun while hitting the button to switch to the Rocket Launcher or Plasma Cannon. If done correctly, you'll fire the shotgun in 3-round bursts or full auto. Warning: This will expend ammo quickly, and takes forever to reload. Use only on flamers, otherwise you'll end up having no ammo and enemies in your face. Use only if you think you can accomplish the level with no rockets or plasma cannons.
