This is my second game that I've created using ActionScript, it isn't anything particularity special, and the story's probably generic as hell, and I am not expecting this to be a hit. But anyway, this is a pretty good start. (Keep in mind that you have to view "settings" for controls)

My first thoughts were it was a pretty cool game. Neat little characters, with relatively smooth controls; the basic control set up to is alright.

I did have fun playing, but found it a little annoying with the enemies at times. The levels could use a little touch up, but nothing to much. A few tweaks here and there at most. Maybe a sound volume button as well.

But above cool game, and has MUCH potential for growth and development. Great work man!

Not bad gameplay but there is a major flaw....i can complete every level just by typing 1, 2 and 3 on my key board.

It is actually not a flaw, that was my quick and lazy way of creating cheat codes (for debugging and testing purposes). So yeah, after I finished the game, I just left them there.

I think this game is OK.

I thought it was fairly good, but it felt like the levels were a little short, like literally as in height wise, which made the character have really weird jumping and the jumps were very slow. Also the enemies just happen to know you're there as soon as you get close, and shoot fairly fast, The only way to kill someone is to spam the crap out of your gun, because you can't dodge the projectiles very well.

miketinovic responds:

Thanks for the fair criticism! It takes some time to learn how enemies behave and at what tempo they're shooting, not sure what you meant by "level height", though. Thanks for the feedback anyway.
