You've planted the seed that can lead to your wealth. As it grows, nourish it by squashing bugs and giving it fertilizer, while collecting the tasty bits its grown.
A brief indie game where quick decisions will keep a tree growing longer, free of birds and other pests, and allow a good harvest of tubers and berries.

I hadn't noticed until testing on another computer that the window wasn't lining-up on Newgrounds. I'll try to get that fixed asap.
Flow/intuition: I can definitely appreciate that these don't feel polished enough. I will toy with them and see how much I can smooth them.
Cash: This is somewhat of a v1. It was intended to be very simple, with quick rounds and nothing more than competing against your own high scores. I *do* intend to have a sequel where you will use your goods and gold to build up orchards/stores/etc. and, possibly, integrate multiplayer.
