You heard about an old manor that's apparently ripe for robbing, with treasure and jewel abounds. It should be easy...

... Should.

Play the game by choosing an option at the end of each paragraph. Play multiple times and go for over 10 different endings!

This project was made using the CYO adventure engine that is EXTREMELY easy to use. You only need to understand simple HTML to make your very own adventure!

UPDATE: I've added two buttons on the right that allow you to scroll. If you were unable to finish the game, you should now be able to.

UPDATE 2: Added a restart button, allowing you to play again and again and again!

Nice game, with some animation and sounds this could make a great game in the future.

Really, nice story(ies)!

Now, find someone on newgrounds who draws cutscenes for you, and add some sounds! Just plain black-and white text is nice and all, but why stop here ? :D

azureda responds:

Hey cyberleon,,

Thanks for the kind words. Teaming up with someone to draw the cutscenes is an awesome idea. If anyone reading this comment would like to do the art for the next game, I will write it and program it: Shoot me a message!

the game is nice but i got stuck ath this part "You reach the top of the stairs. You see a long hallway. A door is on your left, ajar. At the end of the hallway, there is another door, on your right, and a table with an empty vase on it." there werent any buttons anymore to press.

azureda responds:

Hey Peter.

Thanks for the specific info! I'm going to look right into this bug and fix it right away. I think adding the buttons might have got it. I'll keep an eye out.

While the story is interesting, being able to reset once you get to an ending would be very useful.
