Remember these old DOS games where you had to sell lemonade in a little text-simulation? Well, here you somehow got to do the same but somewhat beyond. Enjoy!

I had played this game some time ago and today I stumbled upon it by chance. I just read the reviews and ow well what to say...

...what the hell people! The game's fun all right, and hey there IS a way to make money. You people didn't find it out much probably 'cause you were all too busy trying to find flaws to be criticised upon.

The game's fun, the concept is kinda retroriginal - I think that yea it lacked some speed-up in screen fading and perhaps dialogue skipping (like the factory text, everytime the guy gets in it).

If life gives you lemon, get a gun some booze and wait for the zombies. That's the spirit.

Got boring after awhile, I played this a few weeks ago and now i'm writing on it after playing a few minutes. It was very easy to get sugar but not lemons, which took forever to grow, and I didn't want to spend any money on buying the supplies because I wanted to save money to complete missions. Also, the missions were very boring, just save money and nothing else? What about a mission that wants you to sell lemonade, if there is, I didn't get to it.

I should not experience this much lag from a pixel flash game

also staring at the schulles' games logo 'loading screen' for 10 minutes while it faded in...

Are you running it on a pc or a potatoe?

As someone else pointed out, Octoraffe, something is very wrong with the programming. I'm selling a bunch of lemonade glasses and making no profit. I'm literately making one cent profit for each glass, even though I've set the price for 30-75 cents. At first I thought it was because I was making more glasses then I needed, which I found out wasn't the cause, but the game never said I lost money and since I got all the ingredients free, there wouldn't be a reason for that anyway. It's been probably a week in game time, and I only have 12 cents. It's going to take forever to afford that suit.

Even collecting lemons in the park is horribly glitched. I picked up at least 10 of them. I got 1. I got a single lemon. This is going to cause me buy lemons when I'll never be able to afford them because of the other glitch!

I just tested the pricing glitch by selling a single glass of lemonade for 70 cents, to actually see what's going on. The game told me it sold for 0.7 cents. I tried to fix this by selling a glass for 7 dollars, thinking it would equal 70 cents. Didn't work. No one bought my lemonade because it was so expensive, and I wasted my last 3 glasses. I can barely even get more ingredients because the lemon trees in the park will hardly account any of the fruit I gather, and I sure can't buy more with this money glitch. What the heck? Why and how did this game even get on the front page if it doesn't even work? Not to be rude, but I'm just sort of baffled. I looked through five pages of reviews, and only two people mentioned the money glitch. Is it just a select few who are experiancing this? I realize there are bugs and errors in every game but for a lemonade stand game, a money glitch is the biggest glitch of all. It ruins the game and makes it feel impossible because it turns the game into a big run-around with no sucess or progress. I really hope it gets fixed.

Another thing is every time you enter the sugar factory to steal sugar, the same introduction message pops up each single time. Outside of the factory you can skip it but inside, you have to go through all of it. Annoying. I also really wish it would have been mentioned that the sugar bags make you jump not as high either. For several turns, when I would fall off the platforms, I'd wonder why I couldn't get back up them. I just thought it was a glitch for a while.

Aside from that, it's a pretty neat game at first glance but it quickly becomes very repetitive as other players have mentioned. It felt like some things just didn't belong in the game, like Armstrong's house, along with the drugs and beer. Turning a lemonade stand game into crime and partying just felt odd and kind of off to me, but I guess you wanted to empathsize that he's a bum.

Unforunately, until these glitches get fixed, I can't rate this game any higher than half a star. These glitches are so big, that the game is simply un-playable. I did try to give it another chance by resetting the game, thinking that it was possibly just a fluke and would work right, and something definately happened. It went in the complete opposite and smoothered me with money. I had 13 cents and made 15 dollars by just two glasses of lemonade sold for 50 cents. On top of that, the game said I only made a dollar. That was just a one time thing though. I think the game was actually compensating for how much I had earned from all the other times I sold lemonade, because that didn't happen again. The game seemed to work after that so . . . I'm not really sure what to even say about this game. It makes the rest of my commentary completely and utterly worthless it feels, but I'll still post it to inform you about it. Even though just started working, I'm done playing it because I've just grown bored of it. I can see it being fun for a half hour, but that's pretty much it. The repetition kills it unfortunately, but that's probably in all lemonade games so I can't blame you for that. Despite the glitches and repetition though, it's still a nice lemonade game.

Just got tired of this game, because it's just got lame.
