NONSENSE! After an unfortunate incident, Socrates Jones must debate a host of philosophers in order to win back his life. More than slightly inspired by the Ace Attorney series.

Authors note: This is for real this time, by the actual creators! The person who was pretending to be us didn't even upload the most recent version. That's just lazy game theft, that is.

Great game, made me have to really think. XD
So when Socrates Jones dies for real, like its his time, does he become the new arbiter?

This game is a masterpiece. Learnt a lot and understands a lot. Took some time to adjust my English level but everything comes together to form a awesome game.
It's been a long while since i played a flash game for an hour... let alone the straight 3 hours i spent on this game. Maybe it's just my cup of tea :p

Anyway, the game is awesome as it shows the philosophers in their characters and ideas. Parts of the game like the 'nonsense' shout at the start of the explanation made good impression for the creators creativity. The hard work that went into this game is obvious so voting other that 5 would be kinda unfair.

Anyway, love your work. Keep it up C:
moral of the day: it's impossible to set a perfect morality for us humans... or is it...?

Wow... This was awesome and very refreshing!
While it took me about a week off and on (I don't have a full block of time to devote to games on here anymore), this game's message was nice and strong. The little bits of humor mixed in with the more serious game play made arguments that might have been boring suddenly relatable and interesting. The answer at the end, while probably not too hard to figure out, was a welcome relief after all of the arguments.
Some people complain about it, but all I- and probably a lot of other players- can say is: "NONSENSE!" This game was cool, intelligent, and while perhaps it was "imperfect", it was certainly worth playing. Here, take my five stars!

As everyone has pointed out, this game was amazing. Applying the Phoenix Wright formula to philosophy actually makes more sense than applying it to law. It was very exciting to debate philosophy, and it was also much more educational than trying to read philosophy (especially Kant). The visuals were great, especially the designs of Ariadne, the Arbiter, and the protagonist. Music was sweet. Everything is good.

I hope you make more of these, but I'm afraid they'd all end in the same conclusion as this game did. Still, it'd be fun to do this over with various branches of metaphysics.
