GENERALISED BUS

This game was created over the span of three days.

Infinitely many levels! Play the default levels or choose your own seed and play your own level pack. Guaranteed to be random! (and the same every time)
Online highscore! Upload your score to the online highscore system and brag about your puzzle skills.
Intuitive controls! Using mouse or keyboard? Doesn't matter - GBUS supports both.
Three difficulty levels! Grand master or complete noob? Don't worry, GBUS has you covered.
Three game modes! Getting tired of default playing mode? Play timed or survival mode!
Good for educational purposes. Teaching the order of operations? Introduce GBUS to your pupils, they'll love it.
Slick sound effects - GBUS uses the best sound effects from freesound.org

i stared at the first level for a solid minute, trying to figure out how to define a function using just the given digits and arithmetic operations, because you have a circle on the field, which indicates functional composition.

took me forever to realize.. oh this isn't an actual math game. this was just a child's idea of math.

could be a lot more fun, like make it n actual GAME also, I do like the high score system. again it could be a lot better but it still probably to hours to make this, maybe even days.
good job.

took a bit of time but i got all the high scores lol good game i think if you added more to it like i or e maybe make it look better and some music will be nice

It would be significantly better if you could select which operand to replace, rather than it always cycling between them. When you have one wrong and you know which one it is, it's very tedious to cycle through them all (without accidentally changing any you don't mean to) to get to the one that needs it.

UPTX responds:

You can drag and drop the operands onto the empty operands - there is no need to use the cyclic route.
