Sonic Shorts: Volume 8
Sonic & friends are at it again in the latest volume of the Sonic Shorts!
We had to switch from flash to a video format due to the volume being too long and a few animations that were not animated in Flash. You can watch it in 1080p on Youtube: the file is too big for HD on Newgrounds. Volume 8 took awhile to make compared to the other entries. Some of these shorts were actually meant for volume 6 but due to flash constraints we had to move them to 8; so you may have seen 1 or 2 shorts already via one of our animators webpages. I would like to thank all the animators, voice actors, and musicians for doing a splendid job on their parts. Each short turned out great.
We are starting on a new project, the Sega Shorts Collab, soon and are looking for animators. If you're an animator and would like to contribute a short then head on over to the Sonic Paradox forum and show us what you got! The Sonic Shorts series isn't over yet but we'll be taking a long break from it. Besides you'll see some Sonic shorts in Sega Shorts so its not like they are not going to be around. :)

This series didn't have to have a conclusion, it didn't have to end, it could have dragged on for years like asdfmovie, but the authors had the balls of steel to make such an ending to put themselves in a fight with the pissed off Sega characters as a summary of their entire journey through the ordeal, only pity the cartoonists that they had to get such a thrashing. Can you imagine translating this concept into the reality of Newgrounds, for example: Krinkels and all the Project Nexus developers fighting Hank's group, or the FNF Devs fighting Boyfriend where a new upgrade would be at stake, or even the whole SleepyCabin/OneyPlays group who have to fight with their old animations. That would be something epic.
I remember to not parcitipate in this volume but being one of the beaten up animators xD the one with the red and black stripes
