this game works alright so you are off to a good start, I think that it might be a good idea to add some more animations like for-say a fadeout the you die and maybe a fan far attached to that. also some more music might be an idea worth thinking about also a run command, you know just make it more Mario, or go the other way and add a slide and charge action like Mega Man did, or health bar like Castlevania's just take what you have and make it bigger i think...

pretty simple but fun. but the noise those blue things make when you jump on them is too loud. and there are some stars you can't get to. you should add different backgrounds and tile sets to the levels. but has potential.

Wow. Where do I begin? Well, first off, the game is playable. I have not encountered any glitches or anything like that which forced me to turn off the game. That, unfortunately, is the only good thing I can say about this game.

STORY: 0/10
There is none. There is no context, mythos, story, anything. You're just some Dino hopping around with no goal but to get to the end of the stage for some reason. Riveting.

GRAPHICS: 2/10
The graphics suck. The background is one continuous photo throughout EVERY level, (yes, I sat through this entire game) all the sprites look like they were pulled from different sources, and some enemies are just bizarre. Especially the purple platform things. They have what I presume is a spike on their back, but you can hop on them anyways. The Dino you play as has about 7 frames of animation for everything. Standing still? He walks in place. Jump? He'll walk will jumping. Heck, he doesn't even have a dying animation. He doesn't seem to be holding a gun, but whatever. I guess he can shoot out of his mind.

SOUND: 1/10
The sounds in this game are horribly picked! The music is the same generic keyboard melody and it never stops. The sound effects are no better. You sound like you are shooting lasers rather than bullets, the enemies are extremely annoying when killed or jump on, especially the blue platforms, and when you die you make a questionable grunt. Falling down a hole grants you a rapid succession of grunts.

LEVEL DESIGN: 3/10
The level design is abysmal. Too easy, but too long. At least you can get through the levels, but it isn't fun in the slightest. The last couple levels in particular feel EXTREMELY copy/pasted. The same platforms, enemy arrangements, as if the creator of this game took some templates and threw them into this game. The themes of the levels are the same. It seems as if the whole thing is just one long level broken up by some random checkpoints. Imagine if in Super Mario World, the little barber-poles were endings, and the next level was right after the barber-pole.

GAME PLAY: 2/10
You run around and hope on stuff. How fun. You can also collect stars for points, but there seems to be no point to it. There are only 3 types of enemies, well really two but I'll let it slide: the Snakes which stand in one spot and don't do anything, might as well be destructible spikes, the purple platforms I mentioned before, which kill you if you touch their sides, and the blue platforms which cannot be killed and cannot kill you. The game has some features that could be considered fun if the level design was any good, but the game doesn't explain it has these features. You can double jump, making it easy to skip large chunks of enemies, and a wall jump, making it impossible to fall down a pit. You can collect bullets and shoot things, but what is the point? Bullets are not plentiful, your shot is very small, you don't get any points if you kill something with the gun, and bullets don't replenish if you die. It gets monotonous very quickly.

The nail in the coffin for me is that level 10, the last level, loops. I played through it twice and just figured it must be lazy programming. This game sucks, it does not deserve your time. There's no story, the level design is LITERALLY copy and pasted in spots, and the graphics and sound... let's just say they are not good. Play something else.

It's alright, just waaay too slow paced. Also, bullets out of a dragon? ;P Keep it up man

The protagonist's movements feel slippery a bit and sprites are limited in movement. You get by the tiniest pixel and the dino makes a horrible grunt and dies, and restarting a level is a bit of a pain as you have to go back to the menu screen to select the level you died in.
