LAG ISSUE: If the game lags, you can try a few things, lower the graphics quality and disable zombie tints in the options. You can also right-click on the game, click on settings, go to the far left tab and uncheck hardware acceleration, some people said it fixed all lag. Don't forget to recheck it later for other games.

SAVING BUG: Set unlimited save data, to do so, right click the game screen, click on settings, and click on the middle icon. From there, drag the arrow to the furthest notch on the right, so it says unlimited.

CONTROL FREEZE BUG: To help with this bug, Go into your Control Panel, open up the Keyboard settings set Repeat Delay to long and the Repeat Rate to slow. Just don’t forget to set them back to normal when you want to type something like "meeeeeeeeeh" :)

Hmm, where to start?

I guess we should talk about the addition of the shooter mechanic. I personally like it and the potential it brings to the game, but a major flaw has to be it's limited used when stationary. Accuracy is pathetic at distances and once they get on your hood it's impossible to miss the head. I went the first 50% of the campaign with just the pistol and occasionally the shotgun when I needed more rounds before I reloaded. It is rather boring whenever you stop and upgrade, though I never really needed to stop for ammo that much. On the flip side, mutant encounters and custom shooting challenges are pretty fun.

The driving mechanic is pretty much the same as the first Road of the Dead. Swerving around obstacles, trying not to crash and die. Not much to say, really you did this very well. I guess the only complaint is that your car follows the curves which really defeats the whole purpose of curves and removes something that could have added to the fun.

The level editor is a very nice addition, but it took a while to figure out. I wish I was able to just add patterns into the campaign as well as areas or check an option not to randomize an area. A quick, optional level editor tutorial would have been nice for me. After the initial learning curve you have a lot of potential. I made a quick six pattern challenge with no brakes or driving and had a blast shooting up zombies.

Some level editor additions I would like to see:

Dirt on one side, grass on the other
Snap to grid option
Option for each object whether it spawns soldiers or zombies (to make isolated sections of the map, such as large military bases)
Helicopter forced spawn area
Option for custom set upgrades
Button that gives world peace, but only if E! is forced off the air
Option to reset upgrades for the start of a campaign (would not affect upgrade progress of modes not using this option)
Option for limited pistol ammo
Thicker fog settings

In short its a very good game. I hope you occasionally update it; it's got the potential for a community but needs a little help to get started and filter out the junk submissions.

Not a bad game, however.... there were many BS moments. For instance....

1.You are now driving down a small alleyway with lots of lots of unavoidable things in your way. Just at the same time, here comes a bomb strike. Ha ha, nice knowing you.

2. A normal zombie magically survives your speed and hops on the car at the same time as a mutant grabs your gunner. Too bad all that driving into walls and stuff didn't knock them off (but did near blow up the car). Guess it's lunch time! You die.

3. You crashed into the side of the wall with a completely repaired car. Your driver died..... and yet it made it seem as if you only took damage from explosives. Guess not!

4. Explosives.... even if you are a pretty good distance away, sometimes the game will disagree, and you still get hit.

5. Hey look, a long truck of not gas! Still die upon hitting the front end of it. Realistically speaking, yes, should happen. According to the game logic, we should just kinda ping off with lots of car damage.... naaaaa.

6. Hi, I'm a soldier zombie. I'm now going to somehow have my armor block every bullet this one time while you are almost near the end, and eat you all alive. Have fun with another 3000 meters!

7 (not really though). Fully levelled reloading can still be somehow too slow, thus allowing a zombie to chomp upon you again. But rarely this happened.

I thoroughly enjoyed the game. The upgrades, the story, the reference to the first game. All of it. Except the bs moments. Lots of times the spawning of things would make spike traps or cars unavoidable completely, as well as kill you many times. After a while, it stops being a "challenge" and starts being frustrating. That's all.

Why would you even add those landmines? I fucking hate those proximity ones.

The last part, when you get to the rescue, is just a fucking bullshit. There is, like, 5 mutants and a fucking alpha getting on your hood. No vision of the road, you bump into everything, and at the end you land at a fucking landmine and die. Retry? Please, no.

The Road of the dead was great because of its great racing style, generated object, the driver was funny and it just had the feeling of zombie apocalypse. This? I didn't even feel like surviving this one! Ammo points - everywhere, churches - everywhere, garages and other stuff - everywhere!

The shooting system? Why? Why did you need to add this? Its a racing game, god damnit, not a shooter! It's also done horribly - i was hoping to see more of the LMG, and it just turned out to be a nerf machine gun.

God, why are the zombies so tough? In Road of the dead, the first one, it took just a one shot in the head from pistol. Here? It takes a whole fucking mag to shoot straight into zeds head and only then he dies!

I was hoping to see more, honestly, and better. Do some patches - nerf the difficulity. This is absolutely ridicilous.
