LAG ISSUE: If the game lags, you can try a few things, lower the graphics quality and disable zombie tints in the options. You can also right-click on the game, click on settings, go to the far left tab and uncheck hardware acceleration, some people said it fixed all lag. Don't forget to recheck it later for other games.

SAVING BUG: Set unlimited save data, to do so, right click the game screen, click on settings, and click on the middle icon. From there, drag the arrow to the furthest notch on the right, so it says unlimited.

CONTROL FREEZE BUG: To help with this bug, Go into your Control Panel, open up the Keyboard settings set Repeat Delay to long and the Repeat Rate to slow. Just don’t forget to set them back to normal when you want to type something like "meeeeeeeeeh" :)

Awesome game! While it may not be perfect in every way I believe it is games like this that make newsgrounds worth coming to for over the last many years it has been web and that I have visited it.

Also as a suggestion to anyone else playing it..I personally think the experience is better when playing the game to listen to something like heave metal or industrial such as the mix which can be followed at the following link on Youtube which contains God Mod -Rituals. :D

Challenging enough, original content, good levelling system, ideal duration.
It doesn't hang.

Now, I've made a review on the first title, and I'm gonna go ahead and write one for this.
This game is not usual for a flash game. This, like the first, has its own soundtrack, great voice acting, and a story combined with a tough-as-nails shooting experience.

The positives are many and varied. Not only does this game have an extensive campaign, but once you beat that, there are more challenge modes than the original. It doesn't stop there, either, because then there are even user campaigns that do anything from help you grind RP to help you in other game modes to creating an entirely new campaign.

But, like the game before it, it does have its issues. I mentioned in my first review that the first game had an odd difficulty curve and drop. In this game, there is no drop....but the difficulty seems to jack up through the roof from the very beginning. For example, in early game, even with the small health pool the common undead have, if you have two clingers, it's a wipe. Upgrades take a long time to get, and once you even have the RP necessary to purchase it, if you're not starting from the preview screen, you have to wait a set time limit for the upgrade to be applied. Now while there are many players (including myself) that don't necessarily mind these things, there's another issue that was carried over from the first title (but worse). lack of slow computer compatibility. If your computer cannot easily handle games, then do NOT attempt to play this. The game runs so slow that even with the upgrades needed to be able to hit undead and not have to shoot them, you'll more than likely still have a clinger, even if you hit a common undead. Then there's the control issues. At random times your cursor can stop moving and start to drift across your screen, and if you don't go through the necessary steps (or can't be bothered to), then to put it nicely....you're fucked.

Despite these issues, the game is still a rare gem that should be played if you'd like an adrenaline-filled shooting experience (but again, don't try if you have a slow computer, then you'll find your adrenaline-filled experience is more akin to an elderly grandmother who is struggling to climb steep stairs).

It's different from the original, but original had random generation so what would be the point of replicating something that's never the same game twice? A worthy successor to Road of the Dead, and a squeal that had business being made. Half a star for character ripping off lines from Creaseman though. Come on they deserve fresh material.
