NO, NO, NO! Bad animator! The spite animations could have used some improvement. In the 2nd scene Naruto still had the blue outline around him from the sprite sheet. You also used a lot of motion tweens for the mouth, not a very good idea when used in that manner, there is a lipsynching tutorial here on newgrounds that makes the animations seem a little better, even if it is drawn in over a sprite. I could also tell that you had enlarged the screen, you should really try to stay away from making it too bloated like that, it makes the sprites look horrible. I can understand that you don't want it to be so small that we can't view it, but you can do better than that, come on!

Next is the audio, and I know right where to start. The voice recordings were done on a bad mic. I would recommend investing a bit of hard earned cash into a better mic for the recording. It really wasn't the fact that the audio wasn't loud enough for the characters (kind of) it was more that the static from the mic was so bad it actually hurt my ears at 25% volume. Also, the music was not consistent, I would recommend keeping all background noise at about -20db to -25db and the voices at -40db. This will allow you to actually hear the voices over the music rather than the opposite, only do this if you notice that it's a little too loud, adjust the volume as needed for the background music to keep it consistent throughout the video. Well, that's my bit. >.>

Terrible audio, so unintelligible.

The music is louder that the dialogue and makes it super hard to hear what the joke is even suppose to be. The conflicting static backgrounds mixed with the sprites is jarring and distracting. As a naruto fan who doesn't mind a good poke at the shows blatant sex angles I was hoping for something better.
