This game is a game of inevitable death; there are no limits to your speed, and barely enough time to plan for bombs. If I were in your shoes, I would have set a comfortable limit to the speed of your movement-- a speed that's fast enough to make bombs a threat, but a speed that's slow enough to allow for players to react at all. I'm no better than the average player at making quick reactions, but I'm also no worse than the average. Using myself as a litmus test for your work, I can almost guarantee that you have made an obscenely fast game.
When you also factor in a few more elements of play missing from your work, such as increasing difficulty and chance for redemption, what we find is a game that was not crafted with a player in mind; it was a game designed for robots. The only way to win is to not play at all; I hope that future games made by your group are not this relentless-- for your sake and mine. We need more two player games on Newgrounds... just not like this one.
As for the art style, be more cohesive in the future. I'm not sure what art style you were aiming for, but you missed the mark.
