CONTROLS ARE IMPORTANT!
Arrow keys move, Z key jumps. Down arrow ducks. Wall and double jumps also use Z key. Pressing X in mid air allows a slam attack.

The 1st world of my newest game, The Rather Interesting Happenings of Steve II. New additions include:
Physics changes.
Graphics changes.
Better cutscenes (still improving)
Phased boss battles (Will get better)
Scoring system that allows for a final endgame score.
Checkpoints!
A deaths counter.
and moving platforms!

Id Say That Idk The jump key just yeah but looks nice PM me if u know the jump key of this game also Im New At Here so yeah

This dosen't feel ready. The graphics are simplistic, the music and SFX are alright but there wasn't enough to have a good playable game. It really needs some work before a real submission. Especially the boss fight. Much of the text was unreadable. All in all, it didn't feel finished. Good luck on working on this one. with some time and effort, it's got potential.

Thank you for the review, I'm trying to find improvement areas, and these make it easier.

The text is a bit difficult, because on the one hand I want it to fit the graphics style (A medium between 8 and 16 bit is how I like to think of it), but on the other it needs to be clear.

The graphics are simplistic for the simple reason that I can't draw and can't pay an artist. However, I'm trying to improve bit by bit. Try out the earlier ones and you'll see the improvement.

The boss fight, I admit, was little more than an experiment to see if I could create a 'Phased' boss battle. I shall ensure that the World 2 boss uses this to better effect.

I can understand it not feeling finished. I have alot left to do. There are alot of worlds left to add, and things to tweak. I'm polishing it as I go along.

This is, regrettably, the best version I can put onto Newgrounds (the file is huge) so all future versions will be on interestinghappenings.co.uk.
