This is actually a spiritual sequel to Brock in Jail so what exactly happened between that and this?

FIRST_BEFORE_CONTINUING_T O_READ_THIS]!!!

After Brock's escape from prison he was violated by the two criminals he helped, the officer Jenny's caught up to Brock and company and gave them the death sentence. With Brock dead all the other Pokemon Breeders lost there ways and soon died out and sens pokemon don't reproduce in the wild for some reason the pokemon population died out, leaving the trainers to grow old in the street without income eventually it got so bad that the homeless out numbered the human population and then rule 1099 was instated making homeless capture legal/.

umm wow... well your animation really sucks THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE EARS AND SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE NOSES!

It was fairly good. The animation was decent but the voice acting could have been a little better. Also, a little bit of background music wouldn't hurt.

Um. It was a bit.. weird. This weird has been done lots and is still entertaining, but the voice acting wasn't very enthusiastic and the jokes were expected. Nonetheless, it was still fun to watch.
