Street Fighter Legend Of Ansatsuken is, without a doubt, the best game I ever made.

(To be more specific, the only game I ever made.
I mean, without stopping half-way)

So, of course, I always thought that someday I'd make a sequel.
And so, yeah, I've been working on it in my spare time, still undecided if I should give priority to this over other projects I had in mind.

In the end, I decided to post here on Newgrounds a few demos of all the projects I'm working on, see which one will take the best rating, and then make a full version out of it.

So, here's the demo of Street Fighter LoA2.

Basically, it's a role playing game with a turn-based fighting system and a unique gameplay I came up with.
Those who played the first game will notice a few changes, I hope they'll like them.

The tutorial in the game will tell you everything you need to learn how to play.

Then you'll practice against poor ol'Dan. :D

That's it. I know it's little material. Just tell me what you think about the gameplay, if you have any ideas on how to improve it, if you like the story, if you find any bug or if you just want to insult me - it's a free world.

It should have finished loading by now. Play the game! I hope you'll have fun!

Please complete those series! They are awesome!

Muja responds:

Thank you for the support, but I have bad news :(

First of all, Newgrounds is not encouraging new games made with copyrighted sprites. Times have changed, you can't make sprite movies/games as freely as before.

Secondly, I have many other projects for the future, and unfortunately I don't have the time to work on such a big fan-project anymore.

BUT - there's a but - I'm still planning to make another game with a similar gameplay... but with different, original characters.

I hope you'll be interested in playing that one, too :)

Thank you for your review!

i like the game but when its going out, i mean, it has been a lot of years, you know i understand if you cant give it to me now but, you can give us an update about the game, its 2016 man i played this before and i still want it out :c

Muja responds:

Hello comendado!
I have a bad new and a good new.
The bad new is, I won't ever finish THIS game. I'm done with fanfictions, and anyway I don't think Newgrounds would accept movies/games with sprites anymore.

The good new is, I AM making a new game with original characters and story that will have a fighting system very similar to this one - I hope even better.

It'll be titled "Grim Ronin" and I'm going to publish it here around March. Follow me on Newgrounds (or on my Facebook page, which is called "Interactales")

And thank you for the review!

Muja responds:

Anyway, I answered you to the one you wrote on the other game

Thank you for your review(s)!

I love this series and everything about it,but the controls are way more harder then the first game,so
i was thinking if you could change the controls for fighting i'll rate 5!Oh yeah and keep up the great work!

People find this review helpful!
Muja responds:

Thanks a lot!
I made this demo to experiment with a new fighting system, and thanks to your review and others, I know what's wrong with it.

The bad new is I'm not going to make another Street Fighter game. I'm tired of fanfictional projects.

The good new is I AM going to make a new game with a similar fighting system, original characters and original story. I hope you'll like it.

If you want to be updated, follow me here on Newgrounds!

Thanks again!

I am giving you 5 stars already even tho I didn't played the game yet, but I will immediately I leave this review. SO, I wanted to ask you desperately, why you don't want to work at this project anymore? I mean CMOOOOOON Muja , I got the fact that , idk maybe your a busy guy and just sayin, it really wont be a sequel ? REALLLY? ye : Ryu : -'' KEN MEET ME IN THE TOURNAMENT'' The End. Really ? people now want to find out what will happen in the next sf loa 2, Ryu and Ken will manage to defeat Akuma? How the remach between Sagat, and Vega will go against Ryu and Ken, what is mr.bison up to anyways ? Cmon muja if you knew you couldn't maintain a project seriously why you created this anyways? to make your fans blow ? -.- ........... Oh and I did played it right now , damn is so difficult , If, aaandd I said IF, you would do a street fighter LoA2 , Just do it as you did with LoA 1 bcuz sf loa 1 was perfect, and I had no problems with the controls. BUT PLEASE DO IT :((((

Muja responds:

Hey there!
First of all I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your compliments and support.
I'm glad you liked my game that much.

Now, I want to explain this: Street Fighter LoA was always intended as a stand-alone game. The story in it has a beginning and an ending. Yeah, there's a cliffhanger at the end, but that's to add a little suspense and leave me an open door in case I ever want to make a sequel.
And at some time I seriously wanted to, or I wouldn't have made this demo.
But, just as you said, growing up makes you busier and busier, and suddenly I didn't have the time to dedicate myself to such a complicated project.

And now I'm working on totally different things (have you read my "interactive comics"?) that are less time consuming and... I have something going on. If you follow me, you'll see what I mean in a few months.

So, as much as I liked working on the first SF LoA, I don't see me working on the sequel in the near future. I'm sorry.

Eventually, though, I could make a similar game with the same battle system but with original story and characters.
Emphasis on "eventually".

Thank you again for your review!
