This looks like it was done with a camera with fisheye lens and then rotoscoped with animation over it. Am I correct?
Great job none the less, vaguely reminds me of A-Ha's Take On Me.

Very nicely animated, but rather stale sound effects and pacing. Concept is great, but could've used more bits.
You may want to check your file (Flash I assume?). Right when he enters the shark painting, there is a red line. I noticed this in one of my recent toons, it was a tween error that just changed the color of my line. Don't know why it happened...
