I actually noticed, and like, the use of colors in this piece. Granted, I think the use of red and blue was oversimplified (you really could have chosen ANY two colors), but you still chose a good match of surrounding colors so it wasn't too powerful. The art looked a little funny sometimes, but the character designs were creative, and the story is intriguing. If it was a series, I'd probably watch the first few episodes, given they weren't too long.
I like your attempt to tell a story with words. For the most part, I can understand what's going on. Two important people were going to be married, but some evil people killed the girl before it could be done. Hero decides to get revenge, trains, etc.
I feel like I'm missing some information. Who is the guy that trains the hero? What nation are they from and what do they gain from it? Who is that girl who helps him afterward? Why does she have an interest in him?
That isn't necessarily bad. A little bit of mystery makes people want more. Too much causes confusion. I'll be waiting for more.
