This was an interesting little game, the physics and upgrades worked well to provide a nice little time waster that was even slightly frustrating up until you found out what to do to win. That being said, it also leaves a lot to be desired, as I'm sure you know. It's just a small arcade game with very little aspirations to be anything but that. But it's excellent practice, I'm sure.
I liked most how you had to kind of out think the opponents because you could never simply out race them, you had to grab the suit and have an ability that could either get you away from them, or incapacitate them all at once (the cell phone ability was very useful). After you found out, it was easy peasy but it was still a pretty good game, mild difficulty and kinda different. The controls were simple but worked in a different way then I have played, bravo. I hope to see more of your work in the future.

It's good, a multiplayer mode would make it great. Not sure how that would be inplemented.
You should also add a restart button.
