After an indefinite amount of falling you find yourself in a strange house. The only person who might know what is truly going on is a mysterious individual who contacts you over the phone. Only by solving puzzles and overcoming barriers can you hope to escape.

Controls are listed by mousing over the controller symbol on the top right corner of the game screen. They are also listed below:
Arrow Keys- Movement
Z- Action
X- Use Item
C- Swap Item
Space- Menu (Can swap and combine items here)
0- Mute
+/- - Adjust Volume

(This is actually the first in a series of games that I want to work on. Originally this was going to be one large game, but it was decided that it made more sense to split it up into parts. Hope you enjoy the first part!

Also keep an eye out for Easter Egg things.)

EDIT: Here's a walkthrough for those who need it-

EDIT 2: Now with configurable controls!

I love this game, I have played it a few times over the last couple of years. Are you still planning to continue the series because it would be a shame to abandon this, I am genuinely intrigued to find out what happens next.

Oh geez, sorry I missed your question! I've fallen out of the habit of checking my account on Newgrounds. I need to log in more often here.

I definitely am continuing the series. Right now Door 2 is a little over halfway done. Development has been a bit slow lately, but I've been starting to ramp up production now that I have more free time. I want to say that I'm shooting for the next game to come out by the end of this year.

Great game, like everyone else I found the use of the Z in the menu a little too convoluted, but not impossible to understand, it just needs some smoothing out. Other than that I genuinely enjoyed the story and characters, as well as the humor. The artwork in the cut-scenes is really well done and appealing. It could do with more sounds and music in the future. Hope to see this project till the end! Keep up the good work!

Really enjoyed this game. However there are too many controls for using an item, it got confusing at times!! would maybe be easier if you just kept to the Z and menu button rather than 3 different ones. Overall gem of a game. :)

after reading that it was meant to be a large game but then broken down, I found this incredibly short sadly. A little too easy also, hoping there will be a difficulty curve in upcoming games, which I will look out for, not a bad game, just lacks any story or even a hint of a story even though its a first release. Hope the next ones more immersive! kudos
