I was pretty impressed, I won't lie. What mostly got my attention was the music, however. If you wrote it, because I know you do write songs, then I am amazed.

I'm not sure if these are canon references, but the story-telling seems a little jagged, somehow. There should be more fluent sound effects, the music should go better with the theme, and if the adventure is going to be in text, it should be a sharper video or larger font.
Try finding similar pieces of work and cop--I mean, take inspiration from, and emulate their styles.

I'm going to be honest here it's story isn't bad but could use some improvement. same goes for the quality of the animation. While I do like DBZ sound effects and find them convenient, I feel you rely on them too much for some of the character's actions. try finding a balance and mix them with some other action sounds from street fighter or tekken(or even go as far as to create your own). and don't be afraid to use basic sound effect from the actual game either. Overall, not bad for a first try but it needs some heavy improvement if you want to keep my attention.
