It's just a little thing I did for my friend's class president campaign video... i though it was pretty cool and professional so i thought i'd share it on Newgrounds. It's short and pretty... guess that's all there is too it.
Also the inspiration for the kite came from Happy Harry's hu-ha2 how tos, you know. gotta give credit where it is due.
