This was made for Ludum Dare 26 in under 48 hours. (To be honest I only really got about 12 hours worth of work done because of other things needing done.) I didn't get much time to balance the difficulty so I'm afraid it's pretty hard. It's pretty short though with only 6 levels so it shouldn't take too long to beat.
I used the following tools:
Flash Develop
FlashPunk
LMMS
GIMP

You got my points because i love hard games, but i think you should get better graphics when you decide to do another game like this. Nevertheless, good game.

Personal review: I thought it was danky, fudged, and totally trashy. It was literally worse than nothing. Low creativity, repetitive, nothing to look forward too, extremely transparent gameplay. What pissed me off the most what character and enemy design. I was short of puking at this disaster.
Professional review: Too much repetition, transparent gameplay, no forward progress, poor AI and gunning controls, no alternate control, poor and constant music (many players like to listen to their own music during adventure games). Since this was adventure instead of art classification, you've got a bit of leeway as far as creative design and can shirk off submersion in the game, but still, there was no point in playing this, not for any goal or lesson. I like to leave off on a good piece of advice, but I am very sorry to say that I cannot imagine one. It is definitely a black-and-white game... is that a compliment? Anyway, it is good that you submitted this anyway. A young programmer/game-maker can only learn by crafting games and letting the community help hone his skills. You'll only learn how to do things better with this review.
Lol, are you serious? This was made in 12 hours for a minimalism competition.
I respect that you don't like it and that's fine but you're just blasting the game for the sake of hating on it. I like constructive criticism but this is just silly. ;)
