Kind of mixed on this submission. While it is about weed being legal, I failed to see how mushrooms were relevant unless it's a joke?
The animation was nicely done. However I noticed at times that there were moments where the lips and voices were slightly off sync but it's not too noticeable to distract a viewer. I liked the tv border and the brand parody used. Kind of gave a feeling of watching a news report up until the music began and things just got strange from there.
The music seemed pretty fitting and relaxing at the same time. The static and background noises added more to the piece. Lastly, the voices were pretty good, and the lines were funny.
Overall, pretty good.

Not a bad little flash, as a bit of a stoner myself I'm instantly drawn in haha. There were a few things that I noted could have been improved on though, the lip syncing needed more varieties in mouth shade as currently it seems a little off and like more practice is needed with that. Also I found it a little difficult to understand what was being said at some points, I think it was the accents.
The good points were the TV frame that were put around the edge and the static effects, a nice touch. The writing wasn't bad either.

Hah, it's a worldwide phenamonon! Fun venture around the world, looking at stoned celebreties, video game chcaracters, etc. The Mario mushroom joke was a given, and the Highsung TV; lmao. And was that Dovahbear making a guest appearance? Overall there's just a lot of people with glazed eyes living the life, not that much joking, but still fun to watch. I'd think some Green Day music would've fit right in btw. :) Keep it going!

That reporter must have snuck in a bit of LSD toward the end....
I must say, its pretty funny, now ive noticed the accent as well, however since I have a european heritage it's not to hard for me to understand. The jokes were funny, tho the very end kind of turning into something that did not quite make sense to me.
I noticed a downstep in the quality of the animation at around 1:50, which hurts more,since it was more fluid before. However Iw anna rate this a 3.5, but Im giving it a 4, cause its 4:20 over here and this amde my day.

I need to correct my accent.
And about the picture quality / animation - the deadline has done his job.
