I like the story, the humor and the concept, but I'll have to agree with Garuu Spike, the controls are very slippery, which makes it very hard to win this game and make precise jumps. Fix that and I'll give you 5 stars. :-)

Very good concept here, and the intro made me smile because it fit so well. The humor also drew a few chuckles from me. "Your legs are made of stone! You have to jump to move!" "I'm 42 years old. Why are you telling me this now? :/" Bah hah hah xD

Unfortunately, this game has some control issues... Some levels require a huge amount of precision because of the limited number of jumps and the very small targets that you must position yourself directly above (the rocks). This wouldn't be bad by itself, but the controls are rather slippery and precision is almost out of the question. This is a prime example of Fake Difficulty and is something that video game players don't like.

The game seems to lack substance, too. After playing for a bit, I eventually sat back in my chair and went " this it?" Perhaps more satisfying sound effects (like a loud CRUNCH when you break stone) would help, along with something... else... to do. The game just feels empty, like it's an engine test.

3.5 out of 5 because while there is a decent amount of polish here and obvious effort was made to make this game appealing, the game itself feels empty. :(

I'm not sure if I played the original game in the series, but I did not care much for this. It's mostly because you have such limited power with how you are able to move like that. For some reason, I can not advance to the left and have to start the level over again. That shows up too often. I guess I have to give you credit for having a pretty creative idea.

I was hoping I might get a medal simply by not missing the opening scenes, but I was wrong. I guess it just looked too small overall. Again, people who are people at this should enjoy it more. The sound effects are good, especially the way he jumps with his sword. It's strange, but creative.
