Originally this was for Valentines day...but real life has been kicking my ass around for the past few months in one way or another and...well its done now. Had this idea since 2008, finally putting it out now.
This is a very experimental project of mine, its not something I normally do as the slice of "life" concept you see here is not something I ever planned to really do, it just sort of happened.
The stiffness in the character animation, especially on Dea is intentional. Sorry if you think this is below my usual quality, as I said before, this is experimental and new for me.
Hope you all enjoy what I have.

Oh my god, it's great. I love the characters in your animations, and I like the addition of a male protag. ( Not to be sexist, but my point is that, in a lot of your anims at least, there is a female central character, and while I don't prefer either, it's good to be able to convey both, which as I see now, you clearly can. Gender doesn't matter to me, however) As you said, the animation stiffness is nice, and I like the awkwardness shown in Dea's movements. I like the hinted romanticism between Keiichi and Dea, as if the start of a beautiful yet weird relationship is about to start. From the beginning, I thought Dea was a female version of Keiichi, but some sort of specter, and I still get the feeling that they could be very close, mainly because of their similar facial features and clothing, almost alike in personalities. To be honest, I would love nothing more than to see a blossoming friendship, hopefully into the young sort of relationship people have now, exploring the new generation of people and romance based on the new type of "popular" centered around the geeky type. (God, I love being a young geek in this time) As I read in the description, I understand completely if you're busy with other projects and actual life, but this would be a great concept, and I know that everyone would love it. I enjoyed the voices of both characters, and detected a sort of fear mixed with curiosity, and a hint of skepticism in Keiichi's voice. I also liked the cold, yet aspiring-to-be-with-you-as-friends-or -lovers voice of Dea. Keiichi reminds me of the character Naoki, (although a little like Kento, Naoki's hetero twin) a nice character from the visual novel anime, Nowhere Safe (Nowhere Safe 2, only). Check it out and you'll see what I mean! In short, I love the animation, and I love the idea, PLEASE make it into a recurring theme!
If I may be so rude to use the traditional Piconian words for rating 5... Ahem. Woot!!! All my 5 R belong to this!... I apologize for that.

Left 4 die and Legend of Selda. Lol. I'm breaking of 0.5 because no offence but... I don't like Deaths voice. I mean, it doesn't fit what she looks like. But it could have been worse.
