I created this with the idea in mind to experiment with longer cartoons and story concepts than my previous works. (Which I will let you find on your own.) The idea is that a young Mermaid Pony Named Senseibelle is Captured by a Fisher Pony Named Derpy I. Arrr. With a curiosity for shiny objects, the mermare finds herself as Derpy's catch of the day~ This may be only part one for now, but time will tell. Let's see how you react, first.

You can blame that on the fact that I had no ready voice actors. May i ask why it's awkward, or perhaps ask what may make it more appealing to you and the surrounding audience. My bet's on the cooky ending music, which may be adjusted if it's getting under people's skin.

Thank you for your input, I'll see to fixing any awkwardness in the film.

Well that was... interesting. The plot itself isn't too bad, and the graphics are nice and dimensional (despite the tiny reslution) but the pace of the movie is just sooo sloooow. When the fish are swimming around at the start it's OK, since it's the introduction, but the net getting pulled up, the smile spreading across Deryp's face, all those things seem to move in slow motion. I watched through it but it feels like all of this shouldn't have taken this long to watch, half the time would probably do just as well. Ends pretty suddenly too, and plotlessly. :/ Keep working tho!

Thank you for taking the time to watch my video. Cheers to my first reviewer~
Being my first attempt at full length cartooning, I find your thoughts and opinions to be a bit generous. I don't think it turned out nearly as good as I had hoped... But I originally shot the movie at 50 FPS, and then slowed it down because of file size issues and some errors i was getting. I'll try to get it up to speed. As for your thoughts about the ending, I agree, I ended it too briefly, but that has to do with the ending originally being cut to exclude an element I had second thoughts about. (Trust me, it just looked bad...) Also, the video version should be at full pace if you wanna give it another go at proper speed, if you have the time and patience to sit through it again.

From me to you, a sincere thanks for your constructive review.
