I put together a special group of some claymations I have worked on. Some are a bit rusty and others are not so please, instead of hating leave some advice or Constructive Help.
You're developing your form, your medium, clay. I thought that 1:15 sec gave me the time to sit and appreciate life. I like the music you chose it kept me interested, if anything it needs to be longer. Or, start taking the tricks you learned from this video and build ontop of it instead of one clay man have 3 sprout from the main one and dance or something you're the artist...
Good Job :D
oh my that is awesome but i also make claymations and im wondering how to put claymations on newgrounds so if u can help me that would be awesome
Well, I am not sure exactly what you mean but if you mean but if you are talking about how to upload it just edit all your photos together and save it as a video file that newgrounds supports. If this doesn't answer your question go to youtube and look up tutorials. Video files can be wmv, avi, flv etc.
Very cool. Keep practicing and make a stooorrrryyyy! Looks better than I could do, so I can't knock it. Music was a very sick touch :D Keep it up d00d!
So, I'm not going to trash you too badly but here is my main contention with the piece, what's the point? You sir have effectively just taken 2 minutes of my time and I've learned nothing but that you can mold some clay and take photos of it in a way that makes it look animated.
You have the skills to do some claymation, but I doubt most of us are looking for someone to do claymations for us. Hopefully your next video will attempt to tell some form of story and it'll use claymations as the medium.
First of all I thank you for the feedback and I understand where you are coming from and I am working on more story driven animations but I made it as a showcase as some of my first stuff. I apologize for taking your 2 minutes and I appreciate you not trashing my animation. I will try and focus on more story focused productions in the future.
Pretty good man!
