A new take on 1972 classic Pong. Also inspired by Peggle and Kunio-kun no Nekketsu Soccer on NES.
Keep the ball out of your goal while trying to score some. You win if you score 5 goals.
Use mouse or direction keys to control the keeper.
A and S change team strategy.
H get help.
P is pause.

This is my first finished game. I work on it on my free time. I will be adding a new level every week or two.
Please suggest a level theme or a character skill and I will take it into consideration. The authors of best suggestion will get a character with their name in the game. Thanks for playing :)

Those sound effects are wonderful! Absolutely love them. Cool game idea too. :) The text formatting seems a bit off in places, though. Beyond that, it's really nice for your first finished game. Good job!

First finished game? I think it's a success. You took a classic and put just enough of a twist on it. It plays pretty well. Definitely worth expanding with some more levels.

That was actually...really entertaining. I liked the diversity in the teams so far, and I still can't even beat those aliens. Responsive controls, pretty good music loop, and fairly original concept. The little touches (being able to kill the spider, spook the cat, etc.) were excellent. Obviously the graphics could use some polishing, but that has nothing to do with the fun factor and only something extra to consider if you want. Also, I suggest making Larry's fireball power more clear, since I'm not sure when or why it triggers. All in all a very excellent first game, and something I hope to continue playing once it emerges from the UJ portal.

Fireball is triggered if you hit the ball with the center of the goalie (i.e. with his heart).

Keep working at it. Directions on how to work the game in the opening screen would be helpful. I look forward to seeing future games from you.
I also (oddly, and of course it reflects on me) was scoring better when I hadn't figured out how to move the goalie than after.
Thanks for the feedback. I agree that the game may be a bit random. As in real life you have to rely on your team and do your best on your turn. You can influence the outcome with your powershot though as well as by choosing the angle of your kicks. I am planing to introduce some player upgrade system (stronger shot, faster movement etc.) and the possibility to recruit players with different skills when I have some free time.
