I had to make a 30 to 60 second animation for my flash class which was under the theme "winter sucks" and had a walking animation and a dialogue between two animated characters. My first time using flash so this took forever !

Pretty swell for your first animation, really shows potential.
Seems like you can draw pretty nicely, and that's really all you need to become decent.
So keep at it, man!
