I freakin love this series and the voice talent you have is suparb, Nylocke in particular. However, I enjoyed this episodes a little less than the other ones. I love Nylocke's long drawn out speeches, that to me is what makes him endearing. But I believe this time, his mouth over stayed it's welcome. I believe Nylocke is best in small doses like Lumpy Space Princess or Bill Dotrieve.

Whoever does the voice of Nylocke, is a really good voice actor. This series is also good, impressive actors make the personalities of your characters come together. The animation is good, not great, but then again if it was great the animation as a whole would be considerably shorter, so I can't complain about that.

Improved alot. though as a matter of personal taste the nylock yelling thing still bothers me otherwise this was a solid episode.

Minor note shortly after nylock's sword breaks and the camera moves back you see it whole again even though he has not "Repaired/regenerated" it yet.

I was disappointed with that last TOME short, which had no point and no explanation for how Flamegirl was able to win that minigame or anything... I could say more about that short, but this is a review for THIS episode, and I am not exaggerating when I say it was the best TOME episode yet! While I love Nylocke in his 1-dimensional form, not everyone does, and this episode shows the face behind the façade. Great character development. I can't wait until the tournament! :)

Recognized Jessi's voice right away. Was half expecting a DJ cameo during Nyloke's song.
