This was my graduation film from UCA Farnham. It was publicly screened at the 'This is England' Festival in Rouen, France last Decemember, so yes, I'm kinda proud of this little cartoony-piece! Enjoy!

Great one.
This surely is some FP material.
My congratulations for the funny idea, wich is remarkably well executed in both style and animation.
Just one question bothers me: Browsing through your work, I found that most of your animations seem to have a distinct slight greyish and/or mat tone, this particular one being no exception.
Is that on purpose?
Besides from that, as I said, great stuff.
I would be glad to see more of your work soon.
Thanks for the review! :D You know, that's a good question haha! I never really thought about that .... I guess the dulled saturation is intentional. Really vivid colours just makes it all seem -too- cartoony in my opinion (which in hindsight sounds silly). Assuming that's what you were getting at! But yeah! Thanks again! :)

Excellent atmosphere! The concept is interesting as well as your art style. The lack of speech and the wacky music build the mood brilliantly.
Good job mate!

You are right to be proud: That was fucking awesome. You *nailed* the character animations. The faces and body language conveyed everything perfectly, and along with the music it was all just so damn *expressive*. Overall animation was good too, and it was funny as hell to boot. I lost it with the bank teller =D
5/5 all the way. I actually got kind of a Joker/Harley Quinn vibe (from the Batman Animated Series from the early 90s) from these two. Definitely a good thing, but I can't put my finger on why, exactly. Serious though, quality stuff here. Daily pick/front page for sure.
Thanks for your review! I'm glad you liked it! :D ALOT of work was put into Johnny and Mollie's little escapade! So much that I vowed never to draw another mime for at least another year since I made the film ....
The 90's animated Joker/Harley Quinn vibe shouldn't be all -that- surprising as not only are the two my favorite fictional characters but they were also my main source of inspiration for Johnny and Molly! Go figures!
