I liked the style but there were a lot of problems I suggest you keep in mind while making the next installment.
*The player has no idea what to do in the opening scene. They can't see the character (are they supposed to? All the other scenes suggest so) and all the hot-spots are info-only. The player is supposed to click between two buildings to change to the alley scene, but that location on the screen gives no indication it's a passage, graphically or interactively. It's practically an adjacent building. I almost quit playing before I accidentally clicked on it. The second scene (first puzzle) has the same problem, maybe utilize sound effects? I had NO IDEA what happened in the bar scene to move the game forward, if I was even meant to do anything at all.
*The puzzles are too easy
* ending animation was too melodramatic (maybe start slow next time then gradually speed-up the descent? You don't have to agree, naturally, but I think the game was WAY too short and the script too barren to justify such a dramatic end to a chapter in a series)

I really like the series, but the puzzles were SO EASY. That's a big dissapointment.
It was really short and didn't add much anything to the storyline.
The atmosphere was still great as usual.
3 out of five IMO.
Please make the puzzles more chalenging in the future.
PS. I beg you. Do something about the terrible lag issue in "Alice is dead EP.3". I love the series, but due to the lag the game is unplayable. OMG how I want to play it ;(

Finally a game that doesnt lag from the series.
Bad that now i have to wait another sequel for this.

The puzzles were a little too simple this time and I was kind of hoping the series would just be a trilogy. Now I have to wait another few months? D:
