the drawing was good
the animation requires serious work
the story is great but with too many pauses in the dialogue for my liking (love the concept of the evil cupcake)
the audio was lovely though it might be better if you used different voices for the various characters.
actually kind of hoping to see more evil cupcakes in the future

I just love violent, dark humor.
The one thing that I might suggest you improve is the balance between the voices and the sound effects, especially the punching.
Just some real soft talking and POW GIANT FIST HITS MY EARDRUMS.
While it could use some improvements, it's actually a pretty clever way to address the topic of bullying.
Writing also seems a bit drug out. A bit too much dialog where it isn't necessary.
Other than that, pretty great jorb.
