This could be good with a little work. Alternate crosshairs for different guns would add a little flavor, different enemies other than just cops and dogs as well as environments would also help this seem less repetitive and boring.

the unlimited ammo, and still having to pay to upgrade... just doesn't seem worth it... very little challenge as well. Targets that move more then just come closer would be better.

Of course, giving someone a lot of weapons with infinite ammo and then asking for half of the money is maybe stupid...
