When you wish upon a star? That only works in children's stories. Wish upon the Moon however and who knows? Something wonderful may happen...

Heh, a dream comes true! Not sure I'm getting the ending though, is the president a... robot? Or did he have the same dreams as a kid? Anyway, it's a neat idea, and great combination of animation and insanity. The real explosion at the end works well even with everything else animated. Keep it going!

I feel for president Kennedy. It's hard to stop forcing children to do things against their will. It's like a drug. It starts off small. You tell them to go to bed when they don't want to. Then you make them ride their bike without training wheels. Before you know it, you're making them eat food they don't like and smacking their ass when they act out.
I can completely relate to Kennedy's struggles. Just last week I made my kid star in a mov-. I've been advised to stop writing this review.

"We do these things not because they are easy, but because they are hard!"
Props to your Kennedy impression. Very Caricature-esque. I also noticed that by the time the child has gone to NASA and is strapped to the seat inside the shuttle, he still doesn't know his name.
