This was so -- simply beautiful.
The message it carried didn't need any sort of fancy graphics, effects, or anything like that. You communicated a message through simple shapes, colors, and those ever so simple words in the top left. The symbolism in this, with those simple (at times infuriating) spikes seeming to represent the parents/problems of the child growing up was so well done in it's simplicity. There was no need for a voice to read the words. There was no need for anything except the soundtrack and the simple appearance of the game. Truly well done. I personally have no complaints.
This struck home for me, and I imagine it will be the same for many other people out there. So keep up your amazing work, friend, and I wish you the best.

I found the game to be a bit frustrating, but nothing too unbearable. If I had any criticism it would be the writing in the top left, it may just be me, but I felt the no spacing in between the words spoiled the clean and polished feel to the game. But other than that, nice job! :)
