This game needs some fixing. Aside from not being particularly clear as to what strategies work and why, which means most gameplay is random spamming. Also, I'm not sure if it's just a display error or if its an actual mechanical mistake, but upgrades appear to be broken: there is diminishing returns on upgrades bought, but only between levels. That is to say, it costs more to buy the second level of power than the first, but only if you wait a level so that it will update the cost. If you save up your pennies, you can buy all you like at the initial rate.

Also, a clear violation of the inverse ninja rule!

It's fun in the beginning, but becomes quite repetative after a few levels - always the same background, the same music, and even all your own units look exactly the same except of their weapons.
The game also becomes pretty unfair as soon as Mafia gets grenade launchers. Ranged weapons with AOE - your own units cannot compete to that, and it's super effective against your single own tactic that you can use, which would be spamming large groups of ninjas and hope that they kill the enemy bit by bit. Your own ranged units are way too weak to handle a bunch of grenade launchers ._. I'm sorry for mentioning that again, but that really frustrated me.
The spells should be explained. What good is it to transform my ninjas into frogs or birds? Even after doing so about 10 times, I have no idea at all.
Unit placement also doesn't really have a function. You can place the units wherever you want, which is cool, but in the end they're going to attack whatever is on their way anyway. So it would be more comfortable if you just had to press the buttons.

In the end, this game seems kinda unfinished...

isn't it lame when you have like 20 ninjas in front of their defence and they don't cross the border because Mafia keep spamming guys??
