Too unbalanced, money is extremely important, but to hard to obtain. The game would be worlds better with a simple modification: Automatically gain money when you kill an enemy. Or at the very least make the power ups stay on the ground for more than a few seconds.

Nice graphics, but copy of balloon in a wasteland, and that at least offers some more stuff to do.
