Drive the police car and search all the mobsters in the city. When you find them, destroy their cars by crashing your own vehicle into them. Use your arrow keys to drive and the space bar to brake and be sure to pick up all the power ups along the way. Destroy all your targets before the time runs out if you want to move on to the next level. Have a blast!

It's been done, a lot.
The mechanics of the game confuse me too. Quite often when you aproach the other car they accelerate away quicker than you, so the mobsters must have better cars that the police, so why are they letting themselves be trashed at all.
The boost pickup just sends you too fast so you go past the target car.
And overall I just don't see why I'm trashing these cars other than that they belong to mobsters, if anything they driving safer than I am.
