I made some adjustments, reducing the chance of the super zombie showing up. The idea for the game was that it gradually gets harder with each passing day, and that your luck is worse each day. That is why it gets worse as you go, to see how long you can survive. I've taken everyone's crits into consideration and will make adjustments and release it again in the future!

The game autosaves. You can quit at any time, and come back to continue.

The goal of this game is to essentially see how long you, our hero, can survive after the end of the known world. There is some luck involved in this game, but also planning out what resources to use and when, is a major key to surviving for a long time. Please let me know what you guys like and dislike about the game and I will happily make adjustments based on the audience's opinions.

You don't have to rush in the combat, take your time. The zombies can only attack once, per each time you attack them. You hit them, then they can try to hit you. You always go first.

Had a lot of fun. Got to about 300 days before I realized I wasn't logged in :(

Unless my computer was lagging for some reason though, I found that there was a lot of needless waiting. Searching took way too long as did combat rounds.

In general I find it very dissatisfying that upgrading weapons and armor does absolutely nothing. I suspect that it actually does do something but that it's paced very well with an increase in zombie strength, the result being that zombies always take 3-4 hits to kill and do 2-3 hps of damage during a fight no matter what weapons and armor you have.

I would suggest making different types of zombies with different stats (at least if those already exist I couldn't tell) and different names, so that occasionally when I meet a weak zombie with my awesome new gear it shows the progress I made. Similarly I might run up against a tough zombie and have to run. In fact, this mechanic could completely replace the annoying "super zombie" events.

I'd also like to see more options from merchants and more realistic prices for gear and maybe a choice of extras when you level up so that the game has more options for strategy and builds as opposed to a single winning strategy.

Like everyone else is saying it's a pretty damn good game it just need to have some features added so it's not so repetitive and you get bored after a few hundred days in it. other than that this was amazing p.s. I'm Day 1200+

It might just be me, but I seem to never find food when i'm down below 5 days remaining, only zombies.

Loving the Firefly references though.

Great concept and mostly great gameplay... the only thing is the weirdness of the randomization though. At the beggining of the game I got very few super zombie chases but now I get them every other turn sometimes, or even like 4 times in a row... this happens with other stuff too which is annoying... and also a couple of suggestions, just more variety and the music... keep that intro music throughout the game, but toss that zombie fight music hahahh but overall a very good game that can be improved!
