I made some adjustments, reducing the chance of the super zombie showing up. The idea for the game was that it gradually gets harder with each passing day, and that your luck is worse each day. That is why it gets worse as you go, to see how long you can survive. I've taken everyone's crits into consideration and will make adjustments and release it again in the future!

The game autosaves. You can quit at any time, and come back to continue.

The goal of this game is to essentially see how long you, our hero, can survive after the end of the known world. There is some luck involved in this game, but also planning out what resources to use and when, is a major key to surviving for a long time. Please let me know what you guys like and dislike about the game and I will happily make adjustments based on the audience's opinions.

You don't have to rush in the combat, take your time. The zombies can only attack once, per each time you attack them. You hit them, then they can try to hit you. You always go first.

Very cool game!
Fantastic art, great music, and great writing. I love the various characters that one can find, and managing the desperation as hunger and injuries set in is truly nail-biting.

This would easily be a 5-star game, but I wish the main character had more personality. He is pretty generic and uninteresting compared with the other survivors that one briefly meets.

One small issue is that the mouse icon drags a little across the game screen, which is kind of annoying.

Still awesome!

You have made another great game. The artwork is excellent as always, and the zombies are funny looking. I mean that in a good way. I made it past five-hundred days on my second try, but there were some really close calls. Some people might complain about the randomness involved with ever finding anything useful. If anything, this makes it more realistic because it would be very unlikely for a person to just find what they need. There is no certainty in the game, and there wouldn't be any in real life either.
There was an oddly large number of bookshelves everywhere, and breaking through a window would probably kill you instantly. The most interesting zombie attack was getting slapped across the face.
Some people might complain that this game gets or that it is boring. The lack of explosive action actually makes the game a bit more sophisticated. Since the game can go on for a very long time some sort of saving system would be nice. Also, some sort of reason for the zombies would make the game more interesting. If anything it would add to the hopelessness of trying to survive. Seeing that the problem extends far beyond yourself would help to intensify the atmosphere of the game.

I liked the concept of the game and the graphics but the balance was terrible. You get weapons, armor and a level up system but the zombies scale so fast with you that all of those nifty things do approximately jack shit in the long run. Battles at day 600 - something were about the same as the ones on day 10. The only real advantage was the extra health since it allowed you to survive longer until you found food. And you should seriously reduce the encounter rate for the Super Zombie. The bastard can easily halve you items if not outright eliminate them even in late game (I encountered it like 5 times in a row in a couple of instances). Another concern is the trading system - it costs 5 bullets to purchase 2 days of food but it's only 3 bullets for a med-pack. Seriously? The only situation in which the former purchase is justified is if you're out of food and at the end of the only zone you've discovered.

I realize what I've written is lengthy and pretty harsh but I do like this game but please - consider what I've said.

Thanks for the crit, on the subject of the trading system the trade's aren't meant to be fair. The more unfair trade happen more often than the fair trades, even both are more fair than the trades in your favor.

The game IS designed to gradually get harder as you go, until you cannot go. The reason being there is no boss in the game, no ending, so really, if it was the same amount of fair all the way through, a player could go on forever. It's certainly not perfect, by any means, and you make some great points. I'll consider them all when rebuilding it or updating it. Thanks!
