Neonider 3 is certainly your best entry into the series. Polished Geometry Wars-esque graphics, solid controls, and the addition of missions was a plus. Though, being the third in the series, I would have liked to see more variation from the previous installments. There are also a few problems I ran into.

First off, the power-up collection missions took way too long, especially as they starting reaching a goal of 30. By that time, most of the power-ups are upgraded about halfway, and they take a bit of time to expire. Being that you can't collect any while one is active, this eats up far too much time without there being any kind of progression in the game. Even waiting for only health powerups takes forever. I think that making health power-ups drop every once in a while no matter what is active would have been helpful.

I also ran into somewhat of a bug, or at least an inconvenience; While the coin magnet is activated, if any part of the red collection field goes over top of the pause button in the top left corner, you cannot click it until you move it away. It's like the collection field blocks it. When you start getting larger and larger fields, this can be quite annoying. I know you can hit "p" to pause also, but sometimes you can't really stop to hit it while your avoiding fast moving objects.

Finally, I'm dreading that the first secret medal is to reach 1 million points.

Looking forward to what you have to offer next!

It was weird, because I had no idea how this thing was even played. I basically just had to collect the money and do the same thing over and over. I admit that I got a medal, so it wasn't that bad. I think you deserve credit for being creative. The designs of the obstacles weren't that bad. I could have sworn that you could always get into another level after you died. If that is the case, then good for you.

The sounds weren't bad. They did get a tad irritating after awhile, if only because they keep going on while I'm typing this. It's interesting to see what kind of obstacles will show up next. I recommend this, but it does need to have better design. It's just decent for what it is.

Really good game! Though I don't know how to get the first secret medal. If you have it, PM me, please.

Nice but far too slow. I stopped playing because I fell asleep.
Maybe it's because of my computer, but the game is slow even in low quality and the other newgrounds games normally work.

The game gets exciting after the spawn rates are maxed out. Recovery and immunity become the best upgrades - and upgrading 2x and magnet actually makes survival harder. The main problem is the ridiculous grind missions such as "don't get hit for (mlevel * 5) seconds", and "collect mlevel amount of powerups".

"Click to continue" is a nice touch, but having to pause to look at the mission? There has to be a better place for mission info. Some weird bugs such as music not looping, and loss of progress when returning to menu.

Altering scoring at this point will completely wreck the scoreboard, so it's really up to you whether you want to fix these. Alien Defender is very well designed. This, not so much.

Perhaps an additional game mode focusing on survival/avoidance? Max spawn rate, 10 max health, -1 per hit, +1 every 2/3 seconds. Could be interesting. Maybe make the survival stage scale infinitely so that you can actually lose.
