Impressive work! The only thing was that the voices and audio could have been a tad tighter but this was perfectly witty and enjoyable to watch. Oh the irony!

I'd like to throw this out there, but what did you use to make this? Toon Boom?
No, we used Flash. But I heard Flash is going the way of the dodo, so a switch to ToonBoom might be in order. We do composite Photoshop BG's and .SWF's in After Effects tho for FX.

Everything in this animation was wonderful- with the exception of the audio. The voice acting felt a bit stiff, and the sound in general sounded a bit lazy- it's rather obvious that the bully's laugh and the "punch noises" were looped.
It's impressive that all you have to improve upon here is the audio, though. Good work!
