Simple point and click, similar to The Sagittarian.
This was a bit of an experiment, and I realize it might be a tiny bit more text heavy than some players might like. That's okay though, I had a good time making it, and it was a fun experience.
I was trying to think of a way to combine rpg dungeon crawl elements with fantasy book bodies of text. Originally it was going to track stats and all kinds of goodies, but it was conflicting with the story-telling elements of the text pretty heavily.
It's something I'd like to revisit in the future though, and maybe refine. I think a bit more art, and a bit less text would be good, but no so much as to destroy the idea.
Anyway, hope you guys like it, thanks for playing! And a special thanks to Newgrounds for helping me do this kind of thing. I really, really enjoy it!

If anyone has any trouble with the scoreboard let me know, it was acting up earlier, but is working for me now. (This is the first time I've tried using the scoreboard!)

Although you gave a warning beforehand the extensive text simply needs more drawings. I don't mind clicking a few times more often as long as reading is not all I do. Give me some graphical pointers like in The Sagittarian(s).
I think pointing to Steelcurse as a "similar game" is misleading. Apart from the universe it shares next to nothing with thsi game. That being said I still recommend playing both The Children of Brinn and Steelcurse. As similar games I'd rather have chosen the games from The Sagittarian series, plus they have awesome music.
A few typoes I encountered:
Tricklefoot
"the the"
thye
repsonds
"Oh you Brinners ain't so happy now are, ya?" - comma
frour
"hammer is wide arches"
"Simple minded"
"clear hs is"
Gaurdian
excalims
surpsied
"spirits ferocity"
"reaches next room"
"that one thing is, 'reinforced'" - comma
Gaven
"lets continue" - let's
"round up any remaining lizards and put to the blade" - +them
"lizard men"
Not sure about this next one. What is covered? If it's the crates blankets either hide the being or are irrelevant:
"One of them holds a being of some type. They're covered in a blanket though."

Some illustrations would really make this more interesting. Otherwise, well done.
