I see you're new - welcome to Newgrounds!
The time and effort you put into this really paid off, I must say. You have a very clean, nice art style and you definitely show a talent in animating too. The best animation in this cartoon was definitely the run cycle. Those are hard to animate. The truck was drawn very well too.
The only thing I would change is that I would have the audio set to "Stream" instead of "Event." Typically setting an audio to "Event" in a cartoon would cause it to eventually fall out of sync.
