EDIT: Hoooooooooly shit, Front Page! I'm extatic right now,
thanks a ton!

EDIT2: AND daily 3! Oh boy oh boy oh boy, it doesn't get much better than that.

Purpleboy journeys to save a fair maiden from her tower. Bridges ensue.

Made in 28 days for the final round a competition called Nooni Media Animation Extravaganza. The theme was "don't look back". When I first found out what the theme was, I struggled to form an idea. Then I blacked out. Then I woke up a couple hours ago and this happened.

I think I did some things well and some things not so well. Let me know what you think and I'll be sure to respond.

ENJOY.

Ouch...that HURT. In a good way.

Great job on this! The animation in this was nice and fluid--especially with some of the facial expressions of the knight--and the theme of "don't look back" was really creative. It took on a whole new meaning there, heh. The choice of music was fitting, and everything in this cartoon, from sound to animation, was consistent with the "humour through helplessness" you were going for. Good luck in the tournament!

This to me seems like a solid contender for the final round of NMAE. All the scenes feel nice and polished, plus I enjoy the way the music fit the 'mation. I saw the creation of this wonderful 'mation from the start, and feel that this one's worthy of a win.

Brewster responds:

Thank you for the kind words, friend! I can only hope others see it in the smae light that you do!
