Hangmas (HANgman ChristMAS) is a Christmas themed version of the classic hangman game, when you have to guess word avoiding your man to be completed and hanged!
In this version all the words are christmas related and you have 11 total chances to solve 20 words, complete the game and save Santa Claus and Christmas!

I like the cumulative hang-building for the extra challenge. Though some of the words don't have any relation to Christmas that I can figure out.

Good idea and execution. but you need to have words that are actually Christmas related if you are going to advertise the game as such. Cupid is Valentine's Day, not Christmas... and fireworks are very uncommon at this time.

Hey pwca, thanks for your feedback :), but Cupid is one of Santa's reindeer names, so it is Christmas related ;), is not only the Valentine's day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santa_Claus%27s_reindeer)
For the fireworks...I think it depends on tradition, for example in lot of European countries they are usually shot at end of the year.
