Alright! Daily Third! Thank you very much!

Round 2 entry for Albino Black Sheep's Tournament of Flash Artists 2012, where animators have three weeks to animate a cartoon around a theme.

Round theme: "A 'How to' instructional video."
Challenge: Include a location (New Delhi).
Opponents this Round: Jae and ThePivotsXXD.

Anyone who knows me well enough knows that I love cartoons. When the Round 2 theme got released, this is the first idea that came to mind. I've always liked those Goofy "How to" shorts, and I wanted to sort of get that feel with this entry.

Now in a spiffy video format! No more sound issues, I hope.

Anyways, enjoy!

THAT WAS GREAT! Yet... What does one do with a Japanese Toon? They tend to do whatever is in the realm of imagining! Like Bleach or Hugrooto... I mean Naruto!!
Also, in seriousness, the judge should've turned into slender (just so the kid would've looked like an idiot for saying "there will be no memes in this video"). Her laugh wasn't evil enough. It sounded too... Woman-like. Not witch-like. But if you were goin' for a 1930's decade "Watch Out for Gangsters" how-to, then again, GREAT FUCKIN' JOB.
Please ignore the excessive use of commas.

My favourite part was the homage to Who Frame Roger Rabbit.
There were a couple of okay gags, but I think it would have been better with a bit more energy. The narration and a couple of scenes seemed a bit slow.
I know you've already mentioned in a comment that you made this for yourself, so if you liked it then well done! However, it would be even better with a little work on the speed, timing, and energy of the voice acting (also the quality for certain voices). Some of the voice acting was really good, others were okay.
All in all though, good idea!

The animation was splendid and the timing was fantastic. if i had to nit pic the only thing that threw me off was the narrator. He's not bad just a little under whelming. i would have liked a little more exaggeration in his voice but other than that it might as well have been professional.

I liked it a lot. It was a little dry in a few areas, I think some of the lessons could have been beefed up or cut out. Some of the moments were laugh out loud hilarious though. I think the judges voice sounded more like a normal women then a stereotypical judge which is what I would have went for. Maybe with like a Judge Judy accent, I dunno, just an idea.
Either way, really great job, I really liked the animation, and the voice actors, especially the narrator.

The animation technique itself was really good - definitely impressive, so was the sound/music.

I, however, am not a fan of the voice actor.. I understand the idea that you were going for (those 1950 informational videos they'd show in classrooms) but it got a bit dry after a while.

Also, I think this was meant to be funny but the demographic that this kind of humor would appeal to.. I'm not sure of.

Overall it was long, drawn out, not particularly funny, and a tad on the boring side.

Well, I guess in response to the demographic bit; I made it for myself.
